Nutra Pump, it's fun to work out

Want harder, more dense muscles? Then listen to these work out tips by Nutra Pump.


1. Drink a shot of espresso at least 1 hour before you got to the gym. This helps to get you worked up to work hard and gives you some energy to wake up, especially useful if you’re going to the gym at 5am.

2. Eat a piece of bread 1 hour before. A piece of bread provides enough sugar for natural energy.
