Get a great pump with pull ups

Most guys think that if you do curls you'll get the best pump. True, curls will provide it, but the draw back to it, is you're only working out your biceps. Why not do some pull ups to get your pump? Not only are you targeting your biceps, but you're also hitting your back and lats. By doing pull ups, you're actually putting on more resistance to your biceps since you're having to put all your body weight, rather than just a few pounds on a curl bar.
 Another good tip is to make sure you take some Nutra Pump to make sure that your body has the nutrients to give you the best pump and energy you need to push out those curls to the max. Don't just settle with mediocre pumps, get the kinds that will blow you away, it will almost feel like you're going to explode!
