Just because winter is coming, doesn't you stop training

Here's some useful tips for you to use when it comes to winter training.
The main thing to remember, when you are going to train outdoors, bundle up, but not too heavy.
1. Dry wicking shirt as a base layer
2. Fleece top
3. Running jacket
4. Fleece beanie

That’s it! You don’t need much layers. Here’s why, if you have too many layers, you’ll sweat like crazy, then when the cold air hits you, you freeze. So it’s better to bundle up-lite clothing. This way your body heat can be better manage and you’re not sweating like a pig.
